The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Namir, who made us feel right at home and helped us navigate the city effortlessly.
Although the parking fees were relatively minor at 20 dirhams per night, it was an unexpected expense that we had to factor into our budget.

The tranquil oasis is a perfect escape. Namir and his team go above and beyond, ensuring your stay is delightful with exceptional service and amazing home-cooked dinners.
The street noise occasionally disrupts the serene atmosphere, making it harder to fully unwind after a day of exploration.

Had a great time with friends! We started our days with delicious fresh breakfast and enjoyed exploring quiet streets. We had an adventure horse riding just outside the city, and we also visited a beautiful old palace nearby. The staff was super friendly, making it easy to ask for anything we needed.
However, we had issues with our room's bathroom setup. accessing it involved climbing some stairs, which was a bit inconvenient at night.

An unexpected culinary delight
Our time at Dar D'Or was truly delightful. Every morning began with a colorful breakfast spread that featured fresh fruit and homemade jams. The warm atmosphere felt like home, thanks to the attentive staff, especially Namir, whose hospitality shone through. He arranged an enriching guided tour through the Medina with Mohamed, which was filled with fascinating cultural insights. Dinner, prepared by Namir’s wife, was consistently excellent, showcasing authentic Moroccan cuisine each night. We even enjoyed a serene moment in the courtyard—perfect for unwinding after exploring the bustling city.
While our stay was mostly wonderful, we did face some minor accessibility issues accessing our room's bathroom during late hours, as it involved navigating multiple steps. Additionally, the parking arrangements were somewhat complicated, which could be inconvenient for those with rental cars. However, Namir was always available to assist with directions, so it lessened the frustration.

The guesthouse is a hidden gem with a peaceful ambiance. We enjoyed exploring the local area and even had some delightful fresh air while adventuring with the kids. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, ensuring everyone was comfortable.
In my wife's opinion, a children's play area would be great.

The host's genuine assistance on navigating the city stood out, ensuring a smooth experience upon arrival. The rooms were impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere, and the breakfast featuring local meat was a delightful highlight. However, accessing the bathroom took some navigating, and there could be improvements in the overall layout for convenience at night. Additionally, the parking arrangement was somewhat complicated, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
